Shipping policy

Baby Swings are made & sent within 5 business days after you order. 

Most other items are despatched within 2-3 days. 

Delivery takes 3 - 5 business days to most areas, but can take up to 10 business days to WA SA & NT and other remote addresses, so we recommend selecting Express Post for these destinations if time is an issue for you.

We use Australia Post, which provides the best service to your delivery destination.

If your order is urgent please let us know and we'll try to prioritise it.
